How to find and export your Nextiva data.
Nextiva call recordings live in the Recorder portal, where you can filter by time frame and duration, and call volume is in the Analytics call log. Account-wide recording access is set up by Nextiva support. Report hours of recorded audio, keeping in mind recordings are stored for six months unless extra storage was bought.
Where Nextiva shows how much you have.
- Submit a case with Nextiva support asking for account-wide access to the Recorder portal.
- In the Recorder portal, change the time frame from the current day to the full period and review the recordings found, using the minimum and maximum duration filters if needed.
- In Nextiva Analytics, open the Report tile, select Expand on Total Count or Count by Day, choose Call log, then use Export to download a CSV.
Plan and role. Call recording is included on Enterprise, Ultimate, Engage and Power Suite, and on Core with the recording add-on. Recorder portal access is configured by Nextiva support on request.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report Nextiva in hours. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Report hours of recorded audio from the recordings in the Recorder portal or the call durations in the Analytics call log. Nextiva stores recordings for six months by default and up to three years if extended storage was purchased, so check which applies before reporting.
For years in use, use the date your Nextiva service started. Seats are licensed Nextiva users.
Export the full history.
- In the Recorder portal, select recordings with the checkboxes and use the bulk export button to choose Export selected, or choose Export query results to export everything matching your search.
- Export in smaller date ranges, because Nextiva warns that requesting too many files at once will time out.
- Export the call log for the same dates from Analytics with Export.
Recordings are kept for six months by default, and extra storage can be bought for the whole account up to three years. The NextivaONE app keeps up to one year of call history.
Recorder portal access must be requested from Nextiva support and can cover the whole account, specific users or only your own calls.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.
Why Nextiva data has value for AI training.
Nextiva serves many small and midsize businesses whose calls are bookings, service requests and customer questions, so the recordings show everyday operational conversations with the call length and parties attached.
What stays private.
You decide whether Recorder portal access, and any export, covers the whole account or only certain users.
We anonymize identifying details before anything moves. Polyshares does that work, so your team does not have to scrub records first.
Your company keeps ownership of its data. The license is bounded to defined material and a defined use.
Polyshares is the buyer and pays your company directly. There is no fee or commission, and Polyshares reviews the record before it makes any offer.
