How many people work in the business?
Count anyone with a company account, including contractors and offshore staff.
Where does the work actually happen?
Pick every place your people sit. Buyers care about this because language and market coverage change what a record is worth.
What is in the record?
Pick whatever you hold. Ordinary operating material is the point. You do not need anything unusual for this to be worth money.
Does the company own its own records?
We are asking whether the material was generated by your own operations, rather than licensed in from a vendor. Customer names and identifying fields are normal and are handled before anything moves.
How many people, and where do they sit?
Exact numbers let a buyer price the record. A 40-person US team and a 400-person team split across three countries are worth very different amounts.
