How to find and export your JobNimbus data.
JobNimbus does not show a total data size. Build a Custom Report for contacts and another for jobs on the Reports tab, then export each to CSV and count the rows. Report contacts plus jobs as records.
Where JobNimbus shows how much you have.
- Open the Reports tab and create a new Custom Report for the Contact type with no filters, then Save it.
- Click the 3 dots menu to the right of the report title and choose Export to CSV.
- Repeat with a Job report and add the row counts.
Plan and role. The help center does not state which roles can create and export reports. Ask your JobNimbus account admin or JobNimbus support if the Reports tab is missing.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report JobNimbus in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Enter contacts plus jobs as records. For years in use, include a created date column and take the oldest date. For seats, count the users on your JobNimbus subscription.
Export the full history.
- Create and save Custom Reports for each record type you use, such as contacts, jobs and tasks, with every column you need visible.
- Export each report from the 3 dots menu with Export to CSV or Export to Excel.
- For documents and photos, open each contact or job and click Download All to save a zip of that record's attachments.
Only the columns visible in the saved report view are exported. Attachments download one record at a time, and JobNimbus support confirms there is no bulk export of everything to external storage.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.

Can I back up my whole JobNimbus account at once?
No. JobNimbus advises exporting record data through Custom Reports and downloading attachments per contact or job with Download All.
Why is a field missing from my export?
Exports include only the columns visible in the saved report. Add the column in JobNimbus, save, and export again.
Which formats are available?
Custom Reports export to CSV or Microsoft Excel. Attachments download as a zip file per record.
