How to find and export your Jobber data.
Jobber shows totals in each report under Insights > Reports. The one-off jobs report shows total jobs for the period as its large number. Admins or users with the Reports permission can run reports on plans that include them, and you report the combined job, quote, invoice and client rows as records.
Where Jobber shows how much you have.
- Sign in as an admin user or a user with the Reports permission.
- Open Insights > Reports from the side navigation and choose One-off jobs report under Work Reports.
- Set the date range to All time. The large number at the top is the total jobs for that period.
- Repeat for the recurring jobs, quotes, visits and invoices reports and note each total.
- For clients, go to Clients > More Actions > Export Clients and count the rows in the CSV.
Plan and role. Reports are available on select Jobber plans and need an admin user or the Reports permission. Check your plan under Gear Icon > Account and Billing.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report Jobber in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Enter the combined count of jobs, quotes, invoices and clients as records. Jobber plans are Core, Connect, Grow and Plus, so mention your plan in the notes.
For years in use, export a jobs report with All time selected and take the oldest date in the file.
For seats, count the active users under Gear Icon > Manage Team, including field team members who only use the mobile app.
Export the full history.
- In Insights > Reports, open each work and financial report, set All time, click Export to CSV and choose all columns. The file is emailed to the address you sign in with.
- Export clients from Clients > More Actions > Export Clients and choose CSV. Leave tags unselected to include everyone.
- For notes with five or more attachments, click the three dot icon on the note, choose Export files and click Send email to receive a zip file.
- Download files on notes with fewer than five attachments one at a time from the note.
Report exports are CSV files sent by email. Sorting you apply in Jobber does not carry into the file. The Taxation, Waypoints and Job Follow-ups reports cannot be exported.
Client exports split into multiple CSV files of up to 1,500 rows each. Only admin users can export clients, and client exporting is available on select plans. The file includes tags, property addresses, contact information and custom fields.
Notes live on clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices, and attachments can be up to 500 MB per file. There is no account wide bulk download of attachments; the zip export works per note.
The Files and media tab on a client profile gathers images and files from that client's notes and checklists, and is available on the Plus plan or with Marketing Suite.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.
Why Jobber data has value for AI training.
Jobber follows a piece of work from request to quote, job, visits and invoice. That sequence shows how service businesses price work, which quotes convert, and how long jobs really take.
Recurring jobs and visit histories capture repeat service patterns such as lawn care or cleaning schedules, and internal notes explain what happened on site.
What stays private.
The account owner controls who can export and is the sole owner of the Jobber information, so export decisions stay with that person.

Who can export data from Jobber?
Only admin users can export clients. Reports can be run and exported by admins and users with the Reports permission, and the account owner sets those permissions.
Why did my client export arrive as several files?
Jobber splits client CSV exports into files of up to 1,500 rows. Combine the files to get your full client list.
Can I export all photos at once?
No. Jobber zips attachments per note when a note has five or more files, and smaller sets download one at a time.
My plan does not show Reports. What can I do?
Reports are available on select plans. Check your plan under Gear Icon, Account and Billing, and ask Jobber support which plan adds reporting and client export.
