How to find and export your Arrivy data.
Arrivy does not publish a data size screen, and its help center is only open to signed in customers. Count tasks in Arrivy's reporting across all dates and report them as records. Ask Arrivy support for the exact report and export path on your plan.
Where Arrivy shows how much you have.
- Sign in with a user who can see reports. Standard plans include Performance Reporting and Premium includes Advanced Reporting.
- Set the date range to cover the whole time you have used Arrivy and note the total tasks.
- If you cannot find a total, ask Arrivy support for a count of tasks, customers and attachments on your account.
Plan and role. Reporting is included on Standard and Premium plans. API access is listed only for Enterprise and Custom plans.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report Arrivy in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Enter total tasks as records. For years in use, use the date of your first task or your Arrivy start date. For seats, count full access users and note limited access users separately.
Export the full history.
- Ask Arrivy support how to export all tasks, task notes, forms and photos for your account's full history.
- On an Enterprise or Custom plan, a developer can use the Arrivy API to retrieve task data.
Arrivy's public pages do not describe export formats or limits, and API access is not listed on Standard or Premium. Confirm with Arrivy support whether photos and form attachments come with any export.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.
