How to find and export your AccuLynx data.

AccuLynx does not publish a data size screen. Run a jobs report from the report library for all dates, or have a developer call the AccuLynx API, whose job and contact listings return a total count. Report jobs and contacts as records.

Where AccuLynx shows how much you have.

Open the reports area in AccuLynx and run a jobs report from the pre-built report library covering all dates. Ask AccuLynx support which report lists every job if you are unsure.
Count the rows, or schedule the report to email you a file and count the rows there.
For an exact figure, a developer can create a key on the AccuLynx API keys page in your account and call Get Jobs and Get Contacts. Each response includes a count of all items.

Plan and role. API keys are for AccuLynx customers only and are managed on the API keys page in your account. Ask AccuLynx support which user roles can run the full report library and create keys.

What to report on the Polyshares intake.

Report AccuLynx in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.

Enter jobs plus contacts as records. For years in use, use the oldest job created date. For seats, count the AccuLynx users on your subscription.

Export the full history.

Schedule the jobs report and any contact, estimate or accounts receivable reports you use to be delivered by email, choosing the file format when you set up the schedule.
For full records, a developer pages through the Get Jobs and Get Contacts API listings with pageSize and recordStartIndex.
Ask AccuLynx support how to get job photos and documents in bulk, since that is not covered in the public documentation.

The API listing supports a recordStartIndex of up to 100,000, so very large accounts need filtered pulls. Reports carry the columns you choose, and photos and documents are not part of report files.

The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.
