How to find and export your FieldEdge data.
FieldEdge does not publish a data size screen. Count customers, work orders, invoices and quotes from FieldEdge's lists and reports with filters set to cover all dates, and report them as records. FieldEdge's public docs do not show export steps, so confirm them with FieldEdge support.
Where FieldEdge shows how much you have.
- Open the customer, work order, invoice and quote lists or reports you use and set every date filter to cover all years.
- Note the number of rows in each and add them together.
- If you are on Premier, use Enhanced Reporting to add the columns you need and save the report for reuse.
Plan and role. Enhanced Reporting, which lets you customize and save reports, is part of FieldEdge Premier. Ask FieldEdge support which user roles can export lists.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report FieldEdge in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Enter customers plus work orders, invoices and quotes as records. For years in use, take the oldest work order or invoice date. For seats, count office users and technicians with logins.
Export the full history.
- Ask FieldEdge support how to export the customer, dispatch or work order, invoice, quote and equipment lists for all dates, and whether to run long histories in yearly batches.
- Separately ask how to download photos attached to work orders.
FieldEdge's public site does not document export formats, row limits or a bulk attachment download. Check that every date filter covers all years before you count or export.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.

Are work order photos exported with lists?
