How to find and export your Deel data.

Deel does not show a data size figure. Count records in Analytics > Reports: People Summary lists workers and People History lists changes to worker data since they joined Deel. Your role needs Analytics access; report the counts as records.

Where Deel shows how much you have.

  1. Sign in with a Deel role that includes Analytics access for every entity and worker type. If you do not see Analytics, ask your Org admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, expand Analytics and select Reports.
  3. Open People Summary, widen the filters to every worker type, select Run, and note the row count.
  4. Open People History, plus Time Tracking Summary or Time Off Summary if you use them, over the full date range and note each count.

Plan and role. Available reports depend on which Deel products your organization uses and on your permissions. An Org admin can grant Analytics access.

What to report on the Polyshares intake.

Report Deel in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.

Report records, using workers ever on file as the number. Deel covers direct employees, EOR employees, PEO employees and contractors, so give the split in your notes and add people history changes or time entries there too. Years in use starts at your earliest contract start in Deel. For seats, count the active workers on Deel today.

Export the full history.

  1. In Analytics > Reports, open a report's three dot menu and choose Export, or open the report and download it as CSV or Excel.
  2. On the People dashboard, select View Details under a card and download the detailed view to CSV.
  3. For a recurring export, an admin can add SFTP Integration from the App Store and set Connection type to Export data from Deel to your tool, one entity at a time.

Reports download as CSV, PDF or Excel, and most can be tailored with Available fields and filters first; some template reports cannot be customized, though their filters still work. What you can see depends on your permissions and your company's Deel products. SFTP exports are set up per entity and need an admin role, an SFTP server and Deel's IP addresses on your allow list.

The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.

Why Deel data has value for AI training.

Deel data follows distributed teams across countries and worker types. Contract starts, role changes, termination reasons and time off show how a company hires internationally, when it uses contractors instead of employees, and how long each arrangement lasts.

The People dashboard's headcount, new joiner, leaver and average tenure measures sit on the same records, so growth and turnover patterns can be traced back to the underlying history.

What stays private.

Individual worker identities are removed and payroll detail is de-identified before anything moves, and passports, tax IDs and bank details held for compliance are never needed.

We anonymize identifying details before anything moves. Polyshares does that work, so your team does not have to scrub records first.

Your company keeps ownership of its data. The license is bounded to defined material and a defined use.

Polyshares is the buyer and pays your company directly. There is no fee or commission, and Polyshares reviews the record before it makes any offer.

Common questions about Deel data.

Do Deel reports cover contractors and EOR employees together?

Many do. People Summary and People History apply to direct employees, EOR, PEO and contractors, while some reports cover only one worker type, so check each report's scope.

Why can't I see Analytics in Deel?

Your role needs permission to view Analytics, and the reports available depend on your organization's products. Ask your Deel Org admin to grant access.

Can I get a scheduled export instead of downloading reports?

Yes. Deel's SFTP Integration can export HRIS data from Deel to your own SFTP server. An admin sets it up per entity from the App Store.
