How to find and export your Amazon Seller Central data.
Seller Central does not show total data size. Request the All Orders report by order date, count unique order IDs and report that total as records. The report covers both FBA and seller-fulfilled orders.
Where Amazon Seller Central shows how much you have.
- Sign in to Seller Central with a login that can request order reports.
- Request the All Orders report by order date for a date range, then download the file.
- Repeat for consecutive date ranges back to your first sale, and count unique amazon-order-id values across all files.
Plan and role. A Seller Central account with access to order reports. There is no online view of the All Orders report, so you always work from the downloaded file.
What to report on the Polyshares intake.
Report Amazon Seller Central in records. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.
Report unique orders as records. For years in use, take the purchase date of the first order in your earliest report. For seats, count the Seller Central user logins on the account.
Export the full history.
- In Seller Central, request the All Orders report by order date in consecutive ranges and download each file.
- For payment history, choose Payments > Reports Repository and generate a Transaction report (CSV) for each date range.
- For long histories, have a developer request the all orders report types through the Selling Partner API, one 30 day range per request.
In the Selling Partner API, the all orders report types accept a date range of up to 30 days, and generated order reports are kept for 30 days, so download each one promptly. The All Orders report does not include customer-identifying information. Amazon's report documentation does not say how many years back order data can be requested, so ask Seller Support before planning a multi-year pull.
The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.
Why Amazon Seller Central data has value for AI training.
Amazon order history ties SKUs and ASINs to prices, promotions, fulfillment channel and ship-to region over time. That shows demand, pricing and fulfillment choices for a real catalog selling on Amazon.
What stays private.
The All Orders report already leaves out customer-identifying information, and Seller Central login and bank details are never needed.
We anonymize identifying details before anything moves. Polyshares does that work, so your team does not have to scrub records first.
Your company keeps ownership of its data. The license is bounded to defined material and a defined use.
Polyshares is the buyer and pays your company directly. There is no fee or commission, and Polyshares reviews the record before it makes any offer.
