Where Canva shows how much you have.
- Sign in on desktop as the team owner. Only the team owner can download uploads and designs made in the team.
- Start the bulk download of your personal data, uploads and designs. It packages uploaded images, videos and fonts along with designs into a ZIP file.
- Wait for the export, which takes 24 to 72 hours depending on the amount of content, then note the ZIP size in GB. The link stays available for 14 days.
Plan and role. Team uploads and designs can only be bulk downloaded by the team owner, on desktop. Some download options, including bulk downloading and compressed files, are limited to Pro, Teams, Business, Education and Nonprofit plans.
