Where Adobe Creative Cloud shows how much you have.

  1. Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console with an admin account that can manage storage.
  2. Open Storage. The overview shows total storage allocated to the organization, the amount consumed and the available balance, plus the top consumers of quota.
  3. Generate a storage report to see usage by user folder, and check Inactive Users under Storage for folders of removed users that still hold content.

Plan and role. Storage management in the Admin Console applies to Adobe teams and enterprise customers. You need admin access to the organization's Admin Console.

What to report on the Polyshares intake.

Report Adobe Creative Cloud in GB. The intake also asks how many years the company has used it and how many seats it has.

Report storage consumed in GB from the Storage overview. Many teams keep working PSD, AI and InDesign files on laptops or file servers rather than in Adobe cloud storage, so measure those folders and add them to the total.

For years in use, use the date your organization first licensed Creative Cloud. For seats, count the Creative Cloud licenses assigned in the Admin Console.

Export the full history.

  1. For a user who has left, open Storage > Inactive Users in the Admin Console and transfer the folder content to a designated user. Adobe adds the assets to a compressed archive and emails that user a download link.
  2. For active users, have each person download the files they keep in Creative Cloud storage to a shared drive, then copy the shared drive along with any file server folders.

When you remove a user you can transfer content now, transfer it later from Inactive Users, or permanently delete it with no way to retrieve it, so choose a transfer option for anyone whose files you want. Transferred content arrives as a compressed archive by email link. Ask Adobe support to confirm what a transfer archive includes for your storage setup before relying on it for a full export.

The intake only needs the size, so you do not have to run an export to fill it in. You also do not need to clean or scrub an export. Polyshares handles anonymization before anything moves.

Why Adobe Creative Cloud data has value for AI training.

Creative Cloud work files keep layers, masks, artboards and linked assets, so a single layered file shows how a finished image was built, not only the final pixels. Folders of campaign files also show how a brand's assets are revised over time.

What stays private.

We anonymize identifying details before anything moves. Polyshares does that work, so your team does not have to scrub records first.

Your company keeps ownership of its data. The license is bounded to defined material and a defined use.

Polyshares is the buyer and pays your company directly. There is no fee or commission, and Polyshares reviews the record before it makes any offer.

Common questions about Adobe Creative Cloud data.

Does the Adobe Admin Console show storage per user?

The storage overview lists the top consumers of quota with the quota allocated and percentage consumed. Storage reports and user folders give more detail.

What happens to a removed user's Creative Cloud files?

Their folder moves to Inactive Users under Storage. You can transfer the content to another user, leave it there until it is permanently deleted, or delete it right away.

Are files saved on local drives counted in Admin Console storage?

No. Admin Console storage covers Adobe cloud storage. Files saved only on laptops or file servers need to be measured on those drives.
