How to find and export your TikTok data.
TikTok does not show a storage figure for an account. Count the videos the account has posted and report that number as files. Settings and privacy > Account > Download your data produces a JSON or TXT file of account data.
Where TikTok shows how much you have.
- Sign in to the company's TikTok account in the app and tap Profile.
- Count the videos posted to the profile and note the date of the earliest one.
Plan and role. You need to sign in to the TikTok account itself. Each account requests its own data from inside that account.
